
Roasted Baked Chicken
Description:
This dish features tender and juicy roasted chicken, seasoned to perfection and baked until golden brown. The skin is crispy, the meat is succulent, and the flavors are deep and comforting—perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients:

2 to 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

1 teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper

Juice of half a lemon

Optional: a few lemon slices and fresh herbs for garnish
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme (or rosemary), salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Rub the seasoning mixture thoroughly over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated under the skin if possible.

Place the chicken in a baking dish or tray lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Optionally, add lemon slices on top.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
